I'm not much of a recipe person...
But when I'm looking for something I either to go allrecipes.com or to a low carb board and look up their recipes. You can search allrecipes.com for low carb stuff.
Have you tried the breakfast muffins? Just scramble up a bunch of eggs, cook up some sausage/bacon, crumble it, put it in the bottom of a muffin pan, add a little cheese, then the scrambled egg. Bake until they rise (15min?) and pop them out of the muffin pans. I throw them all in a baggie and reheat in the microwave... dip them in salsa. Don't over bake them though!

Yup that's my mo normally. Try to find somethin online and tweak.
You know I tried the muffins early at the stage I could have and just wasn't a fan :( I'm confident a bunch of the reason I didn't like is that I over cooked them :/ I'm a great cook on stove or grill but not inside the box! Lol

I try to link to recipes in my daily meal posts on the VSG board. That's a good place to look because people post, every day, what they're eating. Have you checked it out?

I've actually only looked once or twice, only saw some pretty basic stuff so I hadn't looked again (say breakfast 2 eggs, lunch slice deli meat, etc)
i didnt really see any posts about much in the way of "prepared". Apparently it's rampant based on the hags posts.
Really need to work on opening my eyes
ill take a look tomorrow when I have a computer :) thanks for posting recipes!

I have no idea what you're talking about. It seems like you made this post looking for a fight and I tried to give you a helpful answer. If that's the kind of person you are/want to come across as, you do you, but it's going to reduce the amount of helpfulness people try to extend to you.
I get a lot of sleeve-friendly recipes from paleo sites. The paleo diet is very sleeve compatible.

I was legit thanking you :)
my opening post was my only "rough" post, generally every time I make a post the "hags" tell me I'm passive aggressive or over generalize. That's all :D
i do plan on looking thru what I ate posts tomorrow

I'm boring. I usually do a premier protein shake because I don't have enough time in the mornings, and I'm not making any
Or I run downstairs and grab 3 pieces of bacon.
Maybe breakfast burritos? Wrap them in saran wrap and reheat? Steak and cheese quiche made with those little egg roll wrappers?
