Nutritionist Appointment
You will get use to logging in your food and you will start to look forward to it. I plan my meals out in the morning at 5:30am. That's my quiet time before the kids get up. I then know how and what I can eat through out the day. You will do great!
It also keeps you accountable.

Nearly 1000 days logged into My Fitness Pal. I know I would NEVER have been as successful as I have been, had I not learned to MEASURE/WEIGH all my food and log EVERYTHING.
