Congratulations on being in "onederland!" I'm only a month ahead of you in this process, but it sounds like you overdid it. Take it easy for the next few days, and see if the pain subsides. If not, then you should probably call your surgeon.
I would definitely say you are over-doing-it. My surgeon told me it takes 3-6 months for your healing process. You had major surgery, take time to heal please.
