Under 200! Yeah for me! But having an issue

OMG....I was 198.5 this morning... I could just cry. Never thought I would be under 200 again.

I am having a issue.  I notice that when I over exert myself like being on my feet all day, bending up and down, having a 10 hours spring cleaning session, cleaned out my mom's shed yesterday, my insides hurt really bad.  My stomach hurts so bad today, hurts to just move. It is a different feeling than just using stomach muscles I have not used in a while. It's like my inside hurt. Do y'all think this is normal and have upper back issues ever since I started losing weight.  Any ideas, should I go see my surgeon? Thanks everyone, don't know what I would do withou you all. You have all been such support and pretty much my only support in this.

I would definitely recommend seeing your surgeon as that sort of pain doesn't seem normal/acceptable at all.

you are brely 2 months post op. That kind of pain signals that you are overdoing. 8 hrs spring cleaning should be the LAST thing on your list. It can take up to six months or more to be ready for that kind of activity.

I agree with Hollykim.... You are overdoing it. You may feel great but your insides are still healing. Pain is a signal to slow down. Balance...

I guess so, do y'all think I should see how I feel in a couple of days and usually this pain passes in a few days before calling surgeon?

Usually with muscular pain because you over did it, the next day it may get worse but then it will gradually start to get better. Hot bath with Epsom salts can be great too. Your call on the pain  meds .... I can't tell you what to do there.

One more thing. I still have some of the liquid pain meds from surgery, should I take that.

I agree you are over doing it if you hurt inside. Your back pain could possibly be you holding yourself in a different way Bc your body is changing . Also, I had knee pain after my surgery and my dr recommended using my left over pain meds if needed
