Tampons after surgery?!?!?! ( sorry guys )

My period started the day I had surgery and they said it was fine to use whatever I wanted.  Of course I had no tampons with me so I was stuck with the awful pads the hospital supplied.

It depends on your doctor. Mine said pads, but I'm a few days out and so I switched back to my cup. Listen to your body.
