How do you get through the cravings.....I just started my monthly and i am just craving Chocolate  Chocolate what do I do??

I agree with everyone else!  Sugar Free chocolate pudding is always nice.  Or a chocolate protein shake.  I make mine with extra ice so they are like a milkshake! YUM
