College is my workout plan!
Ummm...college is NOT a workout plan. Every hear of the Freshman 15?
Seriously, I got fat IN college. Late night study sessions fueld with coffee, mountain dew, pizza.
My advice to you: It is going to be hard, but get a REAL exercise plan in. Make time for it and adequate sleep. Take a lighter load and go longer if need be. Dont do what I did and do a double major, going through summers, with no time for proper cooking, sleep and exercise.
If I would have been smarter then (i.e.s 20s) , I wouldnt have had to deal with the obesity in my 30s. This is from a somewhat more 'balanced" also 40 year old.

I got tons of exercise in college between the walking and riding my bike everywhere. Not having a car was a blessing.
Now I also chose to stuff my face at the dining hall and late night study snacks. The stress was a huge contributor to my binging. And once I turned 21 and started drinking...oh those liquid calories.
College can be an exciting time. Build healthy sustainable habits across all areas of life - food, drinks, sleep, study, work, friends, dating etc. focus on the experience and building memories and not the food. Always remember to take time for self care.
