Calories vs Macros

I focus on protein first, then calories and thats it. The only carb I've really eaten is some lightly breaded chicken (bad choice of frozen "ready" stuff at publix for keeping at work). For where I am currently, I cant overeat my calories if I get lean proteins based on my stomach capacity. Down the road as I can put more in, I'll have to readjust and focus on calories and protein
