Hi there,

not sure if anyone has got a chance to try yet.  I found at Whole Foods.  Pack of 6 round discs, (size of a corn tortilla).  40 cals each.  I tried to toast but too thin.  Then i placed on a cookie cooling rack and put under the broiler.  Amazing i flipped it a few times and then put some cheese on top.  I made an amazing ham sandwich that i could pick up.  Love it.  Only thing is the price.  $5.00

so if you miss picking up a sandwich give it a try.

For me, I find that my eating works much better without looking for substitutes for the things I no longer eat.  :/

I have been noticing that myself, though I keep always looking... Just do not follow through with trying any of these alternatives.. LOL

I love cauliflower as a substitute for potatoes.  There is no Whole Foods near me, but I am going to look or a recipe and try this.  I saw some beautiful cauliflower at Walmart yesterday.  Thanks for posting.

Sorry Bonnie, but if I saw you eating cauliflower, I would slap it out of your hands. It's what friends do.
