These are usually in jars or bigger plastic pouches of liquid. At the Safeway where I shop, I think they're in the soup aisle.

I agree that sauces make the difference.  Use your crockpot and cook chicken with salsa and taco seasoning. Yum!

Try not to hate something till you try it. I know you may have hated seafood before. Now you may like it. I didn't like salmon before now I like it. It is loaded with protein.

Try different yogurts.

Chili, chili, and more chili...I can't get enough of it...made with either a 90% or higher ground beef, ground turkey, or small chunks of chicken.chicken.  Or, I get chili from Wendys and call it a day.

I also love refried beans topped with shredded cheese and salsa.  Taco Bell Pintos and cheese are a great meal.  I sometime have them add taco meat into it.

I frequently fix spaghetti with meat sauce, only I use spaghetti squash instead of pasta.  SO YUMMY!

One of my favorite foods is pizza on a riced cauliflower crust.  I add any toppings I feel like at the time.  I've had it with low fat ground beef, ground turkey, sausage, or turkey pepperoni.  I've even made it as a barbecue chicken pizza.  Add onion, black oluves, green pepper, etc. and lots of shredded cheese...SOOOOO yummy!

There are so many low carb recipes available.  You can always add more protein if there isn't enough.

Did you make the riced cauliflower crust?  If so, how or where an you buy it?  Thanks. Great Ideas.

Yes, I do make my own cauliflower pizza crust.  I don't know where you live but there is a pre-made cauliflower pizza crust available in California.  I will see if I posted my pizza recipe in our Recipe Forum.  If I did not, I will.
