I laid down to take a nap, woke up and starting catching up on OH.  I had an itch on my stomach so I scratched it.  To my amazement my pelvic bones have raised their beautiful heads!  Yes, I have pelvic bones!

These beautiful bones have been hiding, held captive by fat, for so many decades that I thought I'd never ever see them again.  But I was wrong.  They have returned.  Hello beautiful pelvic bones, it's great to see you again!

Isn't that the best?  For me, that was my marker that I truely was loosing physical weight, feeling those precious bumps on either side of my hips.  Sometimes I fall asleep at night gripping them like a teddy - hehe.

It will be an additional bonus when you can feel them when you are standing up

It is so funny the bones we feel sometimes. Congratulations.
