any breading is too much breading in the The weight loss phase. That is 7 GSM of carbs you can do without.
16 grams of protein for 160 calories fits my rule of thumb, so I'd have tried them.

It might be an ok choice in a year or two. For now, try to stick with just plain chicken. Save the calories and the carbs.

What everyone else wrote, but if your doc's protocol says that you can have a small amount of flour the follow he or she's direction. But this type of food is not something you should be having at just a little over a month out.
On a side note I would not buy any Tyson product because of how this company maintains their sanitation in their production plants and how they treat their human employees and the chickens. Just Google "Tyson sanitation complaints". The stories are eye openers.

I'm with Christine on the treatment on animals and Tyson... I used to live in Georgia, where Tyson has TONS of chicken farms... they are nasty!
But I've turned into a tree hugging, environmental saving, animal rights kind of person as I grow older. I want fresh healthy meats in my body, not crap animals that they treat horribly and then inject a bunch of crap into it!
You can EASILY make chicken tenders at home using pork rinds and a bit of almond flour, and all your favorite spices as breading! (throw the pork rinds and a T or two of almond flour into your food processor... viola, bread crumbs!)
Sprouts has pretty decent meat choices, and they regularly have their chicken on sale as cheap as that big box store that starts with a W... (I can't stand to give them any advertising!)
I made Chicken Parmesan the other day using this method... this was fabulous and my family loved it!

I used to belong to a GREAT low carb board years ago when I lost weight. They had super ideas on there for low carb things. I got it from there...
Huh, I should try and find that board again...
