The side effects of dehydration

I'm 2.5 months post op and after some struggles the first month, I'm now getting my water in regularly...except for yesterday... in Boston it was approaching 100 degrees. I was out and about running errands with my water but underestimated the extra water I'd need to stay on top of it.

Fast forward to today... I'm now remembering the symptoms I had almost daily my first month...most notably gas, bloating and nausea! I didn't realize it at the time that the root cause was dehydration.

Thought I'd share this for those just starting out... sip, sip, sip!!

 (please replace beer with water)

Lisa

I never knew how important it was to stay hydrated. I always thought I drank enough water. Two weeks ago I had to sit on the sidewalk instead of dropping on the sidewalk. I was dizzy and had to sit till someone stopped and gave me water.

One of the worst feelings.

I carry water with me everywhere I go and if I forget I buy a bottle.  Thanks for the reminder
