I tend not to buy the popular 'healthy/RNY friendly' options, because I know I'd be the only one eating them, and I'd lack the self control. At least if I buy chips, the rest of the family will be eating them too. That being said there are things that I just won't buy, cause even though the family does eat them;  I'd polish them off before they even got a taste (Ritz crackers, golden Oreo's are two on my never-ever list.)

Learn from it and hopefully, don't repeat it.

Oh, Oreos will never-ever be in our house again... I was the only one that ate them!

So far, I've not tried any sweets at all for fear of dumping... and well, I mean I am only 3 months out. But if I do ever try sweets, Oreos will NOT be on the list... the are addicting little crack-cookies! I used to polish off a whole row of them before my brain even knew what happened!

Oreo's will never be something I can try again! I could maybe have just a few if someone gave me them but if the package was in my house I would need to eat them all. But salty is my downfall along with ice cream. Chips are like crack to me.

Chips are my crack too lol. I was never a sweets person and definitely don't crave it now after the surgery. But chips - sometimes I feel like they are calling my name when I am walking past the aisle. Crista, Crisssstttaaaaaaa, come buy us! LOL

Those freaking gold Oreos. The birthday cake ones. Can't even walk past them in the grocery store. And the damn package is so easy to open and seal. They will never come into the house again.

One sleeve of Ritz is 800 calories. Don't ask me how I know.

I would have preferred to live the rest of my days not knowing that specific information. You've torn me from my precious bubble of ignorance.

I could eat a whole sleeve and be under my calorie limit for the day!  Then I'd have to sleep for the rest of the day to keep from eating anything else.  LOL

This was actually my first thought...hahahaha. "Dude! Only 800 calories?"

I woke up in between a memory and a dream...
