Weighing Myself
I don't think I stepped on the scale for like 6 weeks after surgery. Once a week or so after that.
I weigh daily, I just can't help myself. Because of the normal fluctuations I decided to start a spreadsheet of weights weekly just so I could see how it looked. That helped me to see that the loss was not as slow or "stalled" as I thought from the daily weights.

Ever since starting my journey, first with the supervised weight loss diet, I have weighed myself daily. It takes strong mental strength to do it daily due to the many plateaus we encounter and must persevere through during our journey. Daily weighing makes me accountable to me, nobody else.
When I weigh it's first thing in the morning after total bathroom elimination, before putting anything in my mouth (even water), and totally naked.

I use trendweight.com and weigh every morning after using the bathroom. Although I tend to skip if I don't poop. This works well for me, and using the website helps me to see my weight as a datapoint instead of something that can make or break my life.
