Weighing Myself
I think it depends on how scale savyy you are. If you use it as a guide, understand that fluctuations are normal, don't flip out when you hit stalls or let it determine how your mood will be during the day then weigh every day.
I weighed myself twice a week so I could see the general trend my weight was going & hopefully catch myself if I saw I was going off track. I have heard some people only weighed themselves at the Drs office so that they'd see a loss & not see how many times their weight bounced around in between.

I didn't weigh as often as I would have liked. The people at the movie theaters told me I couldn't bring the scale inside, and everyone at church gave me dirty looks when I'd get up to check.

I do Monday mornings too. I have a Fitbit scale which sends the info right to my computer which is really awesome!
