Has anyone seen the commercial that says "don't get stuck with an ugly bill?" and the woman's date keeps gaining weight and getting uglier?  At the end of the commercial he pops a button off of his shirt.  Fat shaming at it's most acceptable.

Here's a link the the commercial on Youtube.

Thoughts?  I'm actually pretty offended by this commercial.  I guess they are saying don't get stuck with my hubby who is overweight, or my oldest son who is obese **** them.

Meh. Don't support them then. Our country has turned into a bunch of whiney people offended by everything.

Thanks for the advice.  I will continue to not support them,  and i will also continue to speak out when i see something that i think is discrimination, as is my right.  If you think I'm whining,  then too bad for you.

It's just another example of how some people feel that if you get fat that you let yourself go. It's stupid, I've seen a lot of fat/overweight people who kept themselves on point no matter what weight/size they were. Hair nice, nails done, nice outfit etc, they were just a little big.

Screw them & their stereotypes.

I'm with you Deanna, offended. But most people won't be because it's just part of the culture to be okay with fat shaming.
