Thank you. This is Day 3 and right now I'm just takin every hour down to every minute at a time. Started back crocheting just to do something else. Lol

I struggled hard the first two days because I couldn't find anything I liked.  Everything was too sweet.  I was able to strain canned soups (some will say no since tons of salt) and sugar free pops (which I thought were great but were 7 carbs each!) so I made my own.  I lived on Mio drops to flavor water and some come with caffeine which helped a lot because it gave me energy.  

And once I found a shake that I liked and didn't taste too chalky, I was golden.  For me it was the Quest protein powder.  I loved the chocolate, peanut butter, and salted caramel.  I would mix the chocolate and peanut butter and to me that was heaven.

 

Good luck. Hang in there, it gets easier.
