Afraid Wendy's chili doesn't agree with my pouch
So, I have been excited to try Wendy's chili, but I have a feeling it doesn't agree with me.
Whenever I eat it, I take really small spoonfuls and chew really well so that it's puréed. After a couple bites, I get a discomfort in my pouch, and I feel like it's gas because I have a lot of rumbling. It just feels painful.
Damn, and it tastes so good.
Two things could be at war with you here. The first would be onions. It took me years of suffering before I put my finger on that one. They cause rumbling, horrible gas and diarrhea for me, where they were once a staple in my life. Another could be the ground beef. I know that since it's ground, it should be easy to eat. On the contrary, it was one of the last meats that I could eat comfortably. It always filled me up incredibly fast.

I was told by my bariatric nurse at 3 weeks out that to try Wendy's chili ! That's the dumbest advice I've ever followed. I got so sick , I've never been sick since and I'm 3 months out. I really should have known better that soon out and I'm not sure I can handle it now or not because I can't even think about it.
