Same here . I have told myself this for 2 nights in a row.... As aunt flow has paid a visit and I do fine until about an hour after supper ....

I like this one, too, and need to work on this. Not just with weight loss, but with life in general.

I've been tempted to go with "nothing tastes as good as thin feels," but it's a notorious quip among the pro-ana crowd and I just don't want to go there.
My cycling mantra is "it doesn't matter if you're slow, it just matters that you go at all." I think it works pretty well for food as well-- a reminder that one choice won't make or break my health, but every step counts.
