I would give you like, a THOUSAND likes!!!
That behavior gives WLS a bad reputation and may turn people away when it's their best/only option.

I was just talking with a friend tonight and told her this same thing. I told her I couldn't understand how people do this so early on after having this surgery to rearrange everything and provide a tool to lose weight. It boggles my mind. I am not sure how they physically did it either as it was a challenge to eat and drink what I was supposed to, let alone a piece of pizza. I still can't eat pizza. And don't want to. I have had to eat toppings as that was the only option for food one day and I tried a bite of the pizza crust and that did not sit well. My husband suggests pizza now and again and I just say no thanks, but I'll get it for you. I feel so much better and more satisfied eating protein now, although my mind really would like pasta one day, I will stick with my vegetti and make zucchini noodles if I really have the urge.

I'm pre-op - but I feel privileged there are people that would give me a kick in the butt if I did this. I can't even imagine doing this. From what i've read, and from what I know from all of you and IRL friends, the surgery is a tool, and the last stop. I am so scared of failing but I have to do this right.
