I need Calcium CITRATE vitamins, I can't swallow the big horse pills and if I have to chew something it has to be good, any suggestions on gummies or creamy bites, etc?  I keep putting off taking this vitamin because I don't know what to get.  I tried some BComplex from Bariatric Advantage and thought I would gag every time I ate one and finally stopped.  They were Strawberry Kiwi and it was the nastiest thing and just thinking about it wants me to throw up.  I don't want to spend a lot of money on Calcium Citrate and they end up tasting horrible.

I use the Calcet Creamy Bites in addition to my patch.   They come in Chocolate Fudge and Lemon.  I am not a fan of Lemon, but their flavor of Lemon is good.   You can get them from Amazon or Celebrate carries them too.

I like the Bariatric Advantage 500mg Calcium chews. I've had Caramel, chocolate peanut butter and orange and liked all three flavors.  They run about $32 a month.

The chews can have a lot of calories, and are expensive. I have used the Celebrate Calcium 500 Plus. In addition to the calcium citrate, it has D3, magnesium, and some other things. I like the Orange Burst. Delicious, and a 90 day supply is 20 bucks.

Oh wow, ya I just checked my Bariatric Advantage. 15 cal a pop, so 45 a day just from those. The ones you posted are only 5 a dose, so 30cal savings.

I wonder if all my friggin supplements have been screwing with slowing down my weightloss. That'd be unfortunate...

What about smaller pills? I take the regular Citracal, and the pills look like they'd split quite easily with one of those little pill-splitter thingies you can get at the drugstore.

Citracal also makes "petite" pills, apparently half the size of the normal pills so I assume you'd just need to take more of them. Heck, you could probably split THOSE in half. Size comparison from somebody on Amazon:

I hate pills. 8years post op - I still hate pills. But capsules are ok. I use vitamin Shoppe calcium citrate capsules. I have to take more of them.. But that is ok. Plus - upcal-D - is powdered calcium citrate can be mixed with some shakes or other liquids.
