Compression under clothes?

I had the bypass on 7/5/16. Already down about 40lbs, I'm well aware of the loose skin issue I'm going to have on my chest and stomach. I was wondering if anyone can point me towards some good under clothes that can kind of hide the sagging skin till I'll be able to have skin reduction surgery. I'm a male and the skin on my chest really bothers me. I'd love to be able to make the situation less obvious in the mean time. Thanks for any recommendations.

Just had plastics so I have checked out the compression wear.  Here are the companies my PS uses - they have male garments - both post surgical and regular bodywear.   Marena and MedicoInternational.

I wear shapewear tanks every day.  I get the ones by Maidenform and they work really well.  They have a low cutout under the bust so you can wear your own bra.  They don't ride up--I tuck the tank into my jeans and they stay in pretty well.  Keeps everything locked and loaded and makes a nice, smooth silhouette.

Check Ross, they have ridiculous deals on shapewear. You can get camisole/tanks with wide straps and no built-in bra, they'd work like any other undershirt. They can be fairly expensive at the department store, but I don't think I've paid more than $10 for anything at Ross.
