I was slogging away on the treadmill for my lunch workout when you commented. Makes sense... I consider you one of the big runners on the forum... on the C25k program I just started week 3. Consists of warm up, 90 sec jog, 90 sec walk, 3 min jog, 3 min walk, repeat jog/walk/jog/walk, cool down

Today's challenge is tomorrows warm up! Just wait, when you start to go 20 minutes at a shot you will think back and be so proud of yourself.
I like that it is walk/running too! It gives your body time to clear the lactic acid out of the muscles so you wont be as sore.

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
