Progress photo ~2 months + report
Am 2 days shy of 2 months from my surgery date.
Just posted this on my instagram but am also going to throw up on here :)
Am 57.6 pounds down from surgery date. This month has been a LOT slower losing. July 1 I was 265.5 today am 258. Had a fun plateau until the 18th or so. Last Friday was down to 257.2 but put on .8# this weekend from not getting enough water in really while building an entertainment center for wife in nice Florida heat in the garage :)
I started out with some issues with eating too much/too fast and getting sick pretty often (even though weighing). Thats pretty much gone away, though I did do it again last week... was STARVING during a workout and when I got back to work to eat I inhaled my food within minutes.. Within a few minutes later it all came back out
Have had no complications really. Feel like my beard growth has slowed way down, so I guess I'm getting close to the hair loss stage maybe? No issues with food, except anything spicy is super spicy to me now. Used to be able to do it all but now even a jalapeno is like OMG HOT
I get in a good amount of water. I start my morning with one egg, have a protein shake when I get to work, drink a vitamin water, smar****er, diet snapple, bottle or two of 16.9oz waters at work before I get home. Always eat protein forward.
All in all, I'm happy. Hoping to avoid a plateau for a while so I can lose some more weight as I go from month 2 -> 3

Thanks man. ya my surgeon group told me add more liquid, my labs at 6 weeks were a little low in my protein. I have a morning one after my breakfast and an afternoon premier after workout
