Question for females
Just wondering if your monthly visitor causes the numbers on the scale not to move. I'm on a stall now the last 4 days and it started when my vistor came. Does this happen to anyone else. Does the scale move after. I'm only a month post op. This is my 1st period since. (I actually ended up getting it the day after surgery so I have nothing to compare it to) plus I'm walking a lot more so I can't think of any other reason the scale isn't moving. I was losing almost a pound a day before my period.
I gain 5-8lbs so it's totally normal for it not to move or go up and make you crazy. Just know like 3-3 later it'll go back down.

The cake is a lie, but Starbucks is not.
I usually gain 2-3 lbs right before I start, and drop it within a day or two of finishing. Totally normal.
My brother and his wife came to visit, and the scale didn't move the entire time. They weren't here for an entire month, though. Maybe you should ask your visitors not to stay as long next time?

You are completely normal! I fluctuate right before about 1lb or just stall, but then it will drop pretty quick afterwards... Annoys me, especially when mine hit right at my dr appt and I WAS within 1/2 lb of his goal weight a week BEFORE the appt.... Now I FINALLY hit it 3 days after it....
