Today my rant is about crazy fitbit-ers (I'll admit I am one, too). I am in a workweek hustle challenge with my cousin and her family plus a friend of hers. I have been averaging 18-20K a day this summer. I have been getting in 20K all week, which is my personal goal. I finished around 10PM my time because we were busy during the day. My cousin's friend also synced at the same time and had 1500 more than me. I went to bed around 11PM, which is 12AM my cousin and her friend's time. She must have gotten up in the middle of the night and walked 5K more steps. WTH?? This person usually averages 12K a day. I guess she is determined to beat me but it just pissed me off...lol.

On the plus side, if she's walking around because of you, it means you're in her head and bossing her around... that's some serious power you've got there!

A friend of mine couldn't figure out how her SIL had 35,000 by noon on one particular challenge day, until she found out that the SIL had put the FitBit in a bowl with a vibrator!

I get so irritated when my foster child's bio mom misses her supervised visits.

Sometimes she cancels with the transport people ahead of time but more than half the time, baby gets a 45 minute drive across town only to be stood up and then have to drive back home.

They give mom 15 minutes, so the baby sleeps in the car, gets woken up and carried inside, waits around, then gets back in the car and falls asleep again .... Screws with her sleep and feeding schedule.

i want so badly for this mom to get her act together and make a life for them.
