Stall only 3weeks out after run.
im really worried. Since surgery on June 27, 2016 I have only lost 10 lbs. I lost 12 before surgery so a total of 22 lbs. the past wee****ep going back and forth between 2 lbs. why am I not losing. I'm getting really depressed. I went through something very drastic in having surgery and I'm not losing. I thought I would at least lose a couple of pounds a week. People keep asking how much I have lost and I keep having to tell them the same thing. Is this going to work. HELP!!!

Search the forums for "3 week stall." It happens to pretty much EVERYBODY.

Oh wait!, no not me, it happened at 2 weeks, no wait at 4 weeks, oh no wait I think it was 26 weeks, no wait, it was at 14 months, etc etc
Stalls are natural, it's just the body's way of catching up & adjusting to what's happening to it, no need to panic, just stick with it & the scale will move again.
Take measurements, not everything is reflected in the scale.
Oops sorry Julie, this is for the OP, not you. lol I need more coffee.

I had my VSG on 6/28 and was losing a 1/2 lb or so every day until the past couple days too. However, I have read repeatedly here that a lot of people have a stall at 3 weeks so I'm taking it in stride. Just keep doing what you are supposed to be doing and it will all work out.

My stall happened right after surgery. The day I got home I was three pounds lighter, and then it hovered between 260 and 261. Sometimes it said 258 or 259 but it always went back up.
Yesterday, I think there was finally a break, as it said 256. :) I am hoping, anyway. Lol, Well see! Tomorrow I'm 4 weeks out so it's about time. :)
