FINALLY! I think. I hope...

Well 3 or 4 days ago, I weighed, in despair. I knew it was going to say around 260.  It did.

BUT TODAY! It says 256! Could it be?! I hope this is the start of my weight loss. I am hoping it doesn't go back up. It's been fluctuating between 258 and 261 (most of the time saying 260) since the day I came home from the hospital! June 22nd. In two days which is Monday, I will be 4 weeks out.

I'ts about time!!!!

I really, hope this is the start. I have been trying to be patient. But lately, the past few days, I sort of unconsciously accepted the fact that I'm different and RNY may not work for me. I mean, I guess, bc I told myself different, but when I saw that it was finally lower than it's been in almost a month, I couldn't believe it. I moved the scale and weighed in different spots on my floor SIX times! LOL So I guess I was a little skeptical... lol.

I really hope it doesn't go back up. I have been doing well with my protein and better with fluids.. so I just would like these results to continue.

Yes, I have been. My B12 injection was disappointing, as I thought I'd feel better after that. But I'm still exhausted. But I know I'll feel better down the road. Just takes a little longer for me I guess. :)

Laura is a great person to have help from. I know her and the other vets have helped me along the way. Keep coming to get encouragement and helping others.

It feels good to know there are others out there who are going through the same thing.

So happy for you! I know how frustrating it is. My first month I lost the first week, then didn't lose again for 3 1/2 weeks... I was sure it wasn't going to work! My doc kept saying he wasn't worried...

The first month or so was hard for me too.  I was exhausted and I barely lost any weight at all.  It gets better, I promise.  Make sure you are drinking as much as you possibly can and getting in as much protein as you can.  Once I started taking little walks each day it really seemed to help boost my energy levels.  Good luck!

It sounds crazy....but I started playing this past week just to force myself to move. I have to walk to incubate and hatch those stupid eggs lol. I feel like a nut walking to find a fictional character but oh well. At least I'm having fun getting my exercise in.
