Relationships are not easy. Here is a question for you. Would you want someone to be with you just because of the way you look?

Someone should love you for who you are not what you look like.

I am not being mean. It feels good to be thin. It feels good to have attention. I don't want someone to like me because I look thin.

I see you have taken lots of crap from your OP because you said you wanted someone thin and fit and you needed to wait until you got there too.  The problem is that there is a difference between being thin and fit and losing weight via wls which results in extra skin, unpleasant sags, and general laxity.  I seriously think I hated my after body more than my before body.  Plastics fixed what I hated but it left scars.  You have to accept perfection isn't coming, and if you only accept perfection in your partner you are probably going to be seriously disappointed.  I get everyone had preferences as to what they like in a partner but don't exclude everyone or you are going to be very lonely.  You would be better served to find a partner who understands weight struggles and take the journey to better health together.  Putting your life on hold until you reach a specific goal which may never happen is a mistake.  Life is too short.

Wow, it is really hard to read all of this.   I am really shocked at how awful and judgemental a lot of you are.  This group is suppose to be about support, PERIOD.  There are so many side shows going on in this post...honestly, I didn't read it all....I just couldn't. It was so mean and people ganging up on others.  Geez.  I just started to tap on different arguments....but then decided against it.  I am not going to judge. I honestly don't care if you have been on this board for 10 years...or 20...you do not have the right to judge, PERIOD. This is HER life, not yours.  Your opinion matters to YOUR LIFE.

I can't even believe I am replying to this.

Sometimes, support means calling someone on their **** food-related or otherwise.

Huh. Who knew that negative comments about obesity to a bunch of obese and formerly obese people would get a negative response.

Go figure.

No, I disagree.  Support NEVER means judging.  Just wait until you are under the coals. You may have a different opinion then.

Sorry, I am not looking for a fight.  I am just very sad that this happened.

I've posted about eating crap. If someone patted me on the head and told me it would be OK. I wouldn't have made goal. Yes, I firmly believe that a swift kick in the butt is sometimes warranted.

Good luck finding a place that enables bad habits. All the best to you.
