Thank you for sharing your recipes, suggestions and I think I saw somewhere you guys love making your own yogurt?

a few:

  • a chicken soup: organic chicken and veggies... close the pot and 40 min later (30+10) ncie soup.. Strain the stock - to get just chicken stock and very thick chicken with veggies.
  • chicken pieces - top with salsa - shred the chicken after cooking.(I add fat)
  • You can do the meat +salsa for any type of meat (I add datto mine)
  • spaghetti meat sauce: saute ground beef...add good quality (NSA) tomato sauce..or crushed tomatoes and spices....cook for 30 min. (I strain mine - and use with  zoodles - I use liquid as a base for eggdrop soup or other dish that needs some liquid)

My experience - I need to add fat to my lean meats to taste better. More salt, more spices. and less water.

I have a life...lol... And I have one already...but at that price - I got another...just in case my first dies..or have one for a gift... Can't be without one.

Plus - I make bone broth and traditional method is very long and ...smelly. I can make bone broth in one evening... Bonebroth (use natural or best organic bones - chicken beef..etc... ) is very good for gut health..something I really need now...

For someone who eats beans - (i can't) you can put all in one pot for chilli . After just add cheese...

I made amazing pork ribs. Falling of the bone ribs. : but that is good for a party...volume way too much. I plan to make some our next cookout.

I got ribs from Costco (already pre-seasoned ) put them in the pot - roll them bone vertical, and used a mixture of hard cider+ 1/3 cup ACV, plus chicken stock. Cooked on high for 35 min. Then took out, top lightly with a barbeque sauce, and broiled in stove for 10 min. Yummy.. For larger party - we will barbeque that after it has been cooked.

Hi Meeow2,

These pots are 7 in 1.  The do much more than a crockpot.  You can check out the video on amazon.com

I have seen this posted for a long time and wanted one...with the prime sell it was a great price and decided to take the pludge.

I just bought one thanks to your heads up!  Oddly enough I had no idea what one was until I went to visit my grandfather last week, and he raved about how awesome it is.   Now I can can pickles without having to borrow a friend's pressure cooker!
