Did you track your liquids?

Since this is my first day at home, I'm really trying to do this right and get all my necessary liquids in. Would tracking the liquids be a good idea?

What did you do for your liquids stage (and even after your liquids stage)?

Absolutely track your liquids and track your protein intake. Many of us do that indefinitely. Often when we think we are hungry it may just be dehydration so tracking our liquid intake helps.

Not sure what you mean about "what did you do for liquids stage"/ Do you mean how did we track them or what did we drink?

Glad you are home and hope you heal well and fast.

I think what I meant was "Did you track after the liquids stage, and what did you use to track?"

Sorry, the pain medicine makes me a little loopy sometimes.

Absolutely track your fluids!  At this stage fluids are more vital to your well being than protein.

Yes, track the liquids. I used tally marks to tracks since I was drinking so little at a time. I wanted to be able to accurately report to the doc what I had taken in in case there was an issue.

yes I still track liquids at six years out. It is very easy to think you are drinking plenty when you are not really.

A great way to track your liquids is by using an app like Fitbit or Lose It!  These two talk to each other which i great.  I definitely track my builds everyday, it's especially important early on.

14 months out and still tracking my liquids.  I'll probably always track them..
