There's also a statistic that cancer patients who get at least 20 minutes of sun exposure per day have 200 percent higher chance of survival ... so garden or walk please Grrrl.....
and eat organically if you possibly can... I craved kale juice there are easily obtainable low carb ones ( sweet green? in Starbux that will restore you ... chicken and broccoli n cancer fighter vegetable w/out oil spicy (cancer fighter capaiscin) w brown rice ( cancer fighter ) )
just eat what you crave ... that will be lowfat cruciferous vegetables oriental foods like thai soups please get a lot of sun
