Thursday *****fest - 7/7/16

Two Wal-Mart's near our house have a new grocery setup. You order your groceries online, pay for them on the website, and pick a two-hour window for pickup in the next few days. You drive up to the building, park in a designated spot, and they bring it out and put it in your trunk. It's amazing!

Yeah, it's evil Wal-Mart, but if it means it takes 10 minutes to get groceries rather than an hour (plus wrangling Little Dude) then I'll absolutely do it.

Oh wow !! I hope this service comes to our Walmart too

I don't know about other states but in Illinois there is a fast lane on the highway.  I hate it when slow people get in the fast lane and then don't move!!!  They must know they are holding up traffic.  They can't be that dense.  They just don't care they just plant themselves there for whatever reason and refuse to move over for faster moving vehicles.  It drives me nuts. 

I also hate people that are shopping and see someone they know and just sit in the middle of the aisle and talk and talk.  Blocking people altogether or making people go around them.  How about you move to the side to have your little reunion. I have seen this happen in restaurants too and I can barely get by people trying to get to my seat.  Move over!!!!  I shouldn't even have to ask...you see me trying to get by.  Grrrr!!! 

Oh don't even get me started!!! Happens here in OK as well... drives me bat **** bonkers!

I get in front of them and flash my brake lights at them. Because I'm sure that makes all the difference in the world, right?! But it makes me feel better!

Well in NY I can be doing 75 in a 55 speed limit fast lane and still get people riding up my ass....

Dear Crystal, I also live in Joliet and this drives me nuts!  It's super annoying to drive here!  30 is really bad with people driving 15, sometimes 20 mph under the speed limit.  It makes me so frustrated.

I'm scheduled for my preop endoscopy this Friday and caught a stomach virus on Tuesday!!!! I am feeling better today so I think I will still be able to do it but regardless I refuse to let it set me back another week! What ticks me off the most is where the virus came from. My husband and I have custody of his son from a previous marriage. His so called mother called and asked if he could come over and spend some time. Come to find out her other kids were currently sick with the stomach virus!!! She has done this before too! The only time he ever gets sick is when he goes to her house! It ruined our 4th of July weekend with him being sick, then my daughter got it, and my oldest son had plans to be out of town this week...which he still went but I'm just waiting for the phone call. We are too busy for this crap! All she ever does is lay around and watch movies so it's nothing to her!  

I found out last week that I have to move by August 10th due to financial reasons.  I didn't realize how my retirement money would be distributed - I know MY fault for being so stupid.  Anyway I have only one option for housing and while I am grateful it is not where I want to go.  I lost my job five years ago and have been unable to find another after looking diligently all this time.  I am at the lowest point in my life and never thought I would be in this position at 61 years old. 

I can only bring my clothes where I am going and therefore need to get rid of every stick of furniture, dish, pots and pan, artwork, etc. that I own.  I can't afford storage and no one in my family or friends has room.  Have sold a few things on Offerup.com but not enough.  Am so tired.  Really needed to get that out.
