Does anyone else use Lose It!

I have used it for years and I agree with you, it's easy and I love getting the summary everyday sent to me via my email. If I am really going low in carbs and high in proteins I track with Atkins as it's more detailed on the carb/protein front but I do not find it user friendly. Also I hate it when I go back after a time and it has wiped all my saved foods.

I personally use MFP but I have tried Lose it!.... I think I was just used to MFP and it has worked on multiple devices and works the same on all... Lose It! gave me some flack on other devices... :( I think as long as everyone uses SOMETHING, it helps quite a bit, just "seeing" what you are eating, and pushing you to increase protein, or reduce something else... etc! I've actually always liked logging... :)
