Ottawa ontario bariatric info (new here) questions

I am new to this site and do not know anyone who has had this surgery so I am reaching out to you by forum. I am 26  female weight is 260.6 height is 5'2 " with a bmi of 47.5. I was referred by my family doctor today. I am a non smoker,non drinker.I have a few questions.

Will I qualify for the surgery?

What tests did you have before surgery?

How long was it for you from your family doctors referral to the call from the bariatric clinic? 

How long were you on the pre-op liquid diet for? 

How was your healing process? 

How long until you were able to exercise? 

I stopped drinking pop as my new years resolution I was 240lbs. I started weight training and exercise regime 2 months ago and my Shot up 20 pounds.. makes no sense I feel defeated.
