I am trying to find the bar graph link that made its way around this site around 2013.  It was a possible weight loss projection by month after you typed in your starting weight.  Anyone have the link??

According to that "tool" I am WAY behind on where I "should" be.......Who cares!!! I'm 19 months out from surgery and I've lost 168 pounds of the 189 pounds that I need to lose.

I had about a three month period of time that I only lost a few pounds, but I've stuck with my plan, or my new way of life and I've lost over 25 pounds in the past nine weeks.

My point is....just do what you're supposed to do and you will get there. How long will it take? Who knows, but if you are doing what you're supposed to do, it will happen.

Just relax and enjoy the exciting changes that are happening to your body and to your life!
