Halfway there!
A few pounds shy of halfway to my goal! This journey still amazes me. I had to send my BFF a pic of me trying on clothes at Old Navy the other because she lives far and my hubby just can't appreciate the trying on clothes thing for me lol. No more plus sizes :) It certainly made my day and when I did a side by side comparison I seriously couldn't believe the difference. This experience certainly is not taken for granted and anyone one who is thinking of having weight loss surgery, don't think twice! I only wish I would have pursued this sooner.
Happy Thursday everyone!
It sure is. Now I just need to get my brain to catch up with my body and realize that I am smaller than I think I am. I keep drifting to the size 3x clothing and putting it up to me, sizing it across my belly and then realize it's too big for me now. I'm not sure why I do that. Maybe it's so many years spent at that size, it just seems natural. It's kind of overwhelming when you are loosing cause I had no idea what size I was, I had to take a bunch in the dressing room and try them on.
You look fabulous! It's nice to enjoy clothes shopping instead of dreading it. I bought a huge bag of super cute clothes at the Goodwill the other day. I am trying to avoid spending a lot on new clothes that won't fit in a few months. It was so much fun!!!! Congrats on your success!
