Exercise - what's your favorite?

So far I walk every day, I don't like it, but I do it.  I make myself do it so I can get healthier and build stamina.  I love bike riding but I don't get a chance to take my bike out as much as I would like.   I have never found an exercise that I like to do so I just treat my walking like an appointment I have to keep every day.

My dogs are great motivation for me when I don't want to walk. I know that their wellbeing and happiness is dependent on me and that usually gets me going out the door (unless it is pouring...). If you don't have a dog, borrowing a neighbors might help with motivation. One of my friends started borrowing his neighbors dog and now the dog sits at his window waiting for him. It's hard for him to ignore those eager puppy eyes.

Oh I'm SO jealous !! Your very own PILATES REFORMER ?!!!  You must live in the most high-end area to find something like that in a thrift shop ( reminder to self - check out the ones in East Hampton )

It isn't a super high end one- it is called corebody reformer - you can google them.

we actually live in a low income area so was surprised to see it!

walk, yoga and dance...

be aware taht cardio exercise may cause your body to burn sugar first and you may deal with Low BS (I do) . Following low carb life style leaves me with very little "stored glycogen" so when my body burns BS very fast- I end up with low Bs... Hypoglycemia.

slower type exercise - yoga, weight lifting, walking - works better for me when I try to get more fit.... Exercise does not help me lose weight...It makes me fit.
