Do you ever forget you have a pouch?? And eat too much???
Weigh and tracking my portions is what works for me. Otherwise, my eyes are still bigger than my stomach.

I'm 2.5 years out, and I usually measure about 3oz of meat. That's enough to just hit the start of "full" for me.

I'm 3 weeks out and am still learning how to eat such small portions and know what full feels like. My brain wants to eat more than my stomach will allow. I'm just learning to pay close attention to my body's signals.

Same here. I'm 3 weeks out also. I find that the slower I eat by chewing thoroughly and putting my fork down the quicker I get that "full feeling".

At only 3 weeks post-op, you can't rely on the feeling of fullness. The nerves in your stomach have been cut, and so you won't feel that sort of restriction for quite a bit once things have healed up.
