One Month Progress
Today marks 4 weeks since I had my VSG.
My starting weight when I went to my first surgeon appointment was 315 and change
My starting pant size was 42, but tight, and on my last belt notch.
My starting shirt size is 2XL, but tight and seemed to be getting "shorter" :P
My happiness was an 7/10 overall, but when with my wife it was always higher :)
Now, as of today:
My weight is 270.6
My pant size is probably a 40, but I cannot wear my size 40 jeans I have (I'm thinking a walmart relax cut would fit great), I've gone down 2 almost 3 belt notches
My shirt size I still wear is a 2XL, but they fit comfortably and nice. All my shirts feel good, and I've even worn some of my tshirts I havent in many months
My happiness is probably an 8/10 at a minimum anymore, and still better with my wife :)
I'm still getting around 1oz of protein at a time. Today I'm cleared for RED MEAT!!!! I've done very well with not overeating lately. I've done awesome with my water. I got my first labs done yesterday for my 6 week follow up in two weeks.
I've got a new blog post coming up, and some stuff I am super excited to share on another.
Hope everyone is doing well :)

Good job on your weight loss, I do wish I'd taken some photos like these before I went. I'm certain your shirts fit much better you can tell from the side photos that your stomach is much flatter. I've enjoyed wearing shirts that were tight and now feel loose! I also enjoy that all of my belts are now too big except for one that's on it's last notch (and not to too big side!) so new belts are in order!
