Can't Eat Today
I haven't been hungry for the past few days, but I have been able to eat a minimal amount & getting in enough daily protein. But today, I can't eat. After a couple small bites of baked chicken, I feel full. This hasn't happened to me before. I have been able to eat 2 to 3 ounces of protein with no problems. Today I chewed slow as always & well. I've been chewing slow for 25 years now, but I also know that occasionally I could swallow something without chewing it small enough. This is not the case today.
Has this happened to anyone else, where two or three small (baby food size) bites into food you are full also?

Could be a stricture. If the problem doesn't resolve itself, I suggest calling your surgeon's office and letting them know.

I had days that I actually had to make a food calendar to make sure I remembered to eat and get that all important protein in. I think that's the main thing to focus on. Once you start working out a bunch your appetite will increase a "little" as your body start burning calories like crazy.
Good luck! Rich
As Kathy said, it could just be a bad day. Or a bad piece of chicken. If it continues for a few days, check with your doctor.
