Congratulations!  I can't tell you how many times I've read and reread your blog on pureed foods.  You were a lifesaver for many of us during the rough road post surgery.  And you're an amazing and inspiring role model today.

Very true!  Shelly's recipes indeed saved many of us during our various stages of our recovery and healing in Weight Loss. I have a lot of her stuff printed out and still use it (the sugar -free recipes etc..) Heck, most "non-WLS" folks or "Normies" don't even know many of the baked goods I make are Diabetic and WLS "Friendly".

Warmly,

Jackie

Congratulations Shelly, and thank you for all the work you do to educate and inspire so many people.  I remember when I first heard of your blog..."Eggface?  What's an Eggface?"  So thankful I was led to your blog... I've made your famous Ricotta Bake and Eggbites, among other things.  I learned about sugar-free Torani syrups, and I've made many a flavored shake based on your site.

Congratulations again and many thanks.

Yes you are Eggface, and more importantly you are a valuable asset to this community! Heck, I remember you on the boards when I was going through pre-op/Op and Post-Op...I literally survived on many, many of your recipes and blogs!  I am most certain that if I did, so are many others.  (I remember Cleopatra Nic too! she also had a lot of recipes and such)

Congrats on your 10 years of "new life" and "new adventures". And again, thank you so very much Egg, for your kindness in all of the contributions you have made over the years to so many, and have helped so many with your support, suggestions and those wonderful meals you came up with!  :D

Warmly,

Jackie

Thank you so much for all you do to shine a light of awareness on obesity, the fact that it's a disease, and how to fight it. Your blog is one of the first things I came across last year when I was researching this surgery. It made the prospect much less overwhelming.

Congratulations on 10 years! That's quite a long time.

I've been reading your blog since 08. I think the most powerful thing is your photos of what you ate in that day. I also kinda love anything in a bento box! I have never made a recipe of yours that I did not like.

You have endless imagination and energy and you give it so freely in to the community.

I appreciate you and thank you. You are completely awesome.

I'm a little late to the party but wanted to say "CONGRATULATIONS!" Shelly.  You are also supportive and your recipes and tips saved me, especially the first year when things were so different and hard and I never thought I'd ever enjoy food again.

You're a gem!
