Hmmm... Fondest memory of my Dad? Being the baby 9, one on one times are rare. I honestly can't think of one.

my Dad is the cook of the family, everyone longs for his cooking. Anything surrounding  us in the kitchen, cooking, prepping etc.

my Dad is still alive, I'm lucky.

He always had a good joke to tell.

September 21, 1979 ... my wedding day.

My father and I are walking up the stairs to the church when our photographer asks us to stop and look over our shoulders for a picture.

So we do ...

And just as we're turning, my father (who was king of the off-hand comment) says to me, "Look at all the people careening into the telephone poles to get a look at the bride..."

I, of course, burst out laughing; the shutter clicked.

It's my favourite picture from my wedding, and probably one of my favourite pictures of all time -- me and my dad, looking over our shoulders, both of us in hysterics.

Yesterday was my 15th Father's Day without him, and I miss him like crazy.

T,

My favorite memory is when I was 5 years old and brought me home a hershey bar. To this day I still love those.

Great job on your successful weight loss.
