surgery infos

I drink a fair amount of Crystal Light, and I usually dilute it more than the package calls for.  That helps me with water. I have been a hard core diet soda drinker my entire life.  I rarely drank water prior to surgery. I quit diet soda at the beginning of this year, because I wanted to know that I could go without it before committing to the surgery, since its a huge no-no after.  When I'm cold, herbal tea is nice too.
