On line scale

I notice a lot of messages have the Obesityhelp.com scale posted.  I went to their web site and started a scale, but how do I get it to post with my posts?

When you create your Health Tracker make sure you select the options for it to show in MB signature and on profile.  Also make sure you have enabled your signature area.
