Can you recommend surgeon/site?

Hello.  I am a female who is 5' 8" and 238 pounds. I began my weight-loss journey at 275.  My insurance has been giving me the runaround, so I am instead looking toward paying out-of-pocket for surgery in Tijuana.

Money is an issue.  I know Dr. Alvarez is highly recommended, but $10k+ is just too much for me to pay currently.

I'm looking for recommendations of doctors/sites to contact with which you have had good results within the $5-$7k range (not including airfare, of course).

I think a sleeve is best for me, but I'm not a doctor, so suggestions are welcome.

In closing, I appreciate personal stories and recommendations.  I thank you in advance for your time and sharing of experience!
