Were any of you prescribed this?  For the RNY folks, did your pouch tolerate the pill?  These pills are huge and I'm worried that I am going to vomit if I take these after surgery.  I'm not saying that I am not going to take them, just that I am concerned about taking them.

Also, how did you time when you took these?  Did you take with a meal, before a meal, etc?

Are yours in capsule form?  I hated them with a passion.  I had to break open the capsule and sprinkle on my food morning and night.  Still makes me queasy thinking about it.  I finally gave up and take the orally now but sometimes it's still hard.  Easier to sprinkle it into a spoon of applesauce and swallow that way during your meal(to me anyway)

Good luck!

Yes, I've never seen a prescription bottle so big in my entire life.  It's the size of my forearm!  And the capsules are orange/pink and white.  If I have trouble with them, I may sprinkle them over my meals.  Good idea!

I take them and swallow them. Don't  bother me. The chewable bariatric vits were much worse in my opinion!

Good to know!  I bought chewable vitamins too-- Centrum VitaMints, I believe.  I was worried about what vitamins I'll be able to tolerate.
