Yes, I totally have! I started smoking at 9 months post-op original surgery, and have been told that that was most likely what caused the ulcers that led to the fistula.

that's GREAT!! The ultimate goal is to be healthier - so big congrats to you.
PS - If you are ever interested in Plastic Surgery - then quitting smoking is the best thing you can do for your skin.
