I'm cleared for eggs, but can only tolerate them baked. I prefer cookies or brownies. Is that ok?

I can't stomach eggs that are scrambled and overcooked- it hurts my stomach and makes me vomit. Poached or a very soft (still moist looking) scrambled is all I can do. This is even 4 years out-

The first time I seriously wished for death after my surgery was because of eggs -- I microwaved a scrambled egg, which of course was dry beyond words, ate it anyway, and then spent the next five hours with the stupid thing stuck. I couldn't sit, stand or lie down without being in pain, and it took me five hours to get it to come back out the way it went in.
I swore off eggs for a very long time after that. Like 16 years.
I love eggs, but eggs no longer love me. I can't eat them, no matter what you do with them. Devilled, scrambled, egg salad -- nope. Lovely going in, dreadful until they're out again.
I do try every once in a while, and then remember why I shouldn't. You'd think after all this time I'd learn, but sometimes it's just worth it.
And in the last century, when I still could eat eggs, I had to have my fried, poached, or boiled eggs with the yolk hard or I couldn't eat them at all.
Eggs are not my friend. I'm glad it works for others, but that's something that's been permanently scratched off my list.
Scrambled eggs were on the hospital menu after surgery, and I had a couple boiled eggs that first week out. As with many things, people's tolerance for different foods can vary greatly, and there is no real one-size-fits-all rule on such things (particularly with the sleeve or DS) though there may be things that some may want, or should, avoid for individual medical or weight loss reasons.
